Daywise is a mobile application that translates weather forecasts into practical daily guidance across three areas: movement (Move), physical well-being (Feel), and daily planning (Live).
The app is developed and operated by Jaroslav Trubač ("we", "us", or "our"), reachable at jaroslav.trubac@gmail.com.
For users in the European Union, we act as the data controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

To provide accurate weather data and maintain app quality, we use the following third-party services:
We do not integrate advertising SDKs, social media tracking pixels, or data broker services.
Most data (weather cache, preferences) is stored locally on your device and never leaves it except as described in Section 4.
Crash and diagnostic data, if collected, is retained for a maximum of 12 months and then automatically deleted.
Location data is used in real time to fetch weather and is not stored on our servers.
You can delete all locally stored app data at any time by uninstalling the app from your device.

Daywise is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain EU member states). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at jaroslav.trubac@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
For significant changes, we will notify you via an in-app notice or push notification (if you have them enabled) at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
Continued use of the app after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
